Santa Lucía
Villa de Santa Lucía is an excellent option for the many activities that it offers. Shopping won’t be a problem, since its location in Vecindario is one of the most popular areas on the island for it. The town itself preserves artistic and religious points of interest, such as the church of Santa Lucía and its crucifix of approximately 20 inches in size made by Luján Pérez. If you like windsurfing, you must visit the beach of Pozo Izquierdo, the home of this sport’s world championship.
San Bartolomé de Tirajana
Beaches and mountains. This is the ideal location to enjoy the best of both worlds, as you will be able to go hiking and to sunbathe on the beach by the sea. This municipality is the largest on the island and its old town is home to the church of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, a must-see for all visitors. However, the main part is the area of Maspalomas and its dunes, stunning sand blocks that are formed naturally and that change in shape and position with time. We recommend that you visit the areas of San Agustín, Playa del Inglés and Meloneras.Mogán
If you are looking for stunning views, we recommend that you go to the cliffs of Veneguera and Mogán. The best are integrated in tourist residential areas surrounded by shops. Here, you can also visit the church of San Antonio de Padua, which dates from the year 1814.

La Aldea de San Nicolás
The perfect place to discover Canarian architecture in all of its splendour, with houses made of stone and mud from the Seventeenth and Eighteenth centuries as well as houses with balconies from the Eighteenth century. You can also learn everything about its native culture and history, since this is where they found different items of stone and mud that are now part of the Canarian Museum in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
The island’s capital has many attractions. In the Vegueta district you can find the city’s most important architectonic points of interest, such as Santa Ana Cathedral, the Bishop’s Palace (Palacio Episcopal) and the Council Houses (Casas Consistoriales). If you would like to go shopping, the Triana district is the perfect option.
